Update Comment Sections to show post comments on one click #60

Hi @nitinNT , could you give more detail on this? what exactly you're planning to do?

Currently, in each post all comments are displayed, so each post taking space. So, I'm trying to put one comment button/icon so that when the user clicks on that button/icon it displays all comments related to the post,
