I want to add welcome bot to the website. @Aasthajain123 @avinashkranjan @chetan-rns please assign this to me.

@Aasthajain123 it will be a chatbot with id trigger and all the other steps. I made it other project and got level3. As it would not be github welcome bot it will be react chatbot. Would really appreciate if i get the same here.
