record other battery-related events (toggle wifi, bluetooth, gps, etc.) and time in call #11

A few feature requests:

It would be great if the plot indicated the state of wifi, bluetooth, gps
and maybe coarse location.  These could be little icons indicating the
enabling and disabling of each feature.

Another thought is that the colored graph, while pretty, is essentially
redundant.  The colors could be used to indicate the above status or to
indicate time spent in a call, for example.

Great app though!
