Bittorrent support #16

We could speed up downloads by using the bittorrent protocol, so that we pull parts of this file from other clients and/or multiple CDNs simultaneously. This would require a bittorrent client in the browser and support for the protocol in the CDNs, but I'm sure they'll agree this is reasonable for delivering this library as quickly as possible.
