Late Dec 2011 changes break 'disable autoplay', buffering #105

After applying the fixes from Issue 104 to get the script working again...

With the youtube update in late December 2011, the "disable autoplay" feature
doesn't work (or possibly only works sporadically).

Also, videos will no longer fully preload/buffer, but only seem to buffer a few
seconds ahead of the current position. This seems to also happen with all
userscripts disabled, but it would be great if a workaround could be found to
force full preloading.

Hi hi! Can you try r117? I think it's fixed now.

If autoplay is off and autobuffer is on, videos still autoplay for me.

If autoplay and autobuffer are both 'off', there is no autoplay and no
autobuffer (comes up paused with a static image)

When manually paused, the video does not buffer to 100% -- just to whatever the
new player calculates is needed. This part is likely not fixable via userscript

For a potential alternate method of implementing autobuffer (with no
autoplay)...

This user script successfully pauses and autobuffers youtube videos opened in
unfocused tabs: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/73105
