Video quality choice not being taken into consideration

What steps will reproduce the problem?
nothing makes it change, it just always happens

Issue:
Youtube videos always start as HD, even though i have my YT account set to
play low quality first by default ant the "use HD" option is unchecked

nothing seems to change this unless the script isn't enabled.

I have changed the code since, and don't seem to be getting the problem. 
Marking as
invalid for now. Can you please tell me if you have this problem when you 
upgrade to
1.1.7? Thanks.
