Improve resolutions

For those with huge monitors, it would be nice to have 720p scale to 720p,
and 1080p scale to 1080p.

Fit to window does a fairly nice job.

if the video fits in the window -> show it at the proper original video
resolution
if it doesn't -> fit to window (so that we can see the most our monitor can
give us)

Obviously some users want the video to fit in the window at ALL times, even
if it isn't at that resolution in the first place. So this will be a new
option.

Any cool, short, name ideas?

Hmm, getting a name for this feature will be tricky.

How about: "Best fittable resolution display"
or: "Best possible resolution display"

r49 is a lot of work towards this (if not the ultimate solution). I just need 
testers to confirm whether or not it's working well.

It is not working at all for me. :(

I'll copy paste what I wrote on the userscript forums:

"I see you added the "True Resolution" option back in 1.2.4, but it is not 
working at all for me. Any kind of video, be it 480p, 720p, 1080p or any other, 
never shows in the true native resolution. For example, a 720p video is not 
really showing at 1280x720, but only at a slightly smaller resolution. And 
1080p videos show at that same resolution (a little smaller than 720p), when 
they should be able to fill my entire screen.

These are my settings, but I've tried fiddling with them, with no results:

Basically, having the True Resolution option on or off doesn't change anything.
