YouTube HD Ultimate in user channel.

A brief description of the request:
Make YouTube HD Ultimate work from within a user channel.

Any additional details:

The script seems to be not working when viewing videos from any user channel 
either in the 

http://www.youtube.com/user/any_user_name

I've tried to add some specific channels in the 'included pages' option but 
that did not help:

http://www.youtube.com/user/CNETTV*
http://www.youtube.com/user/CNETTV/*

Sorry man, but this is beyond the extent of my script. This just leads to 
bloating, quite literally, the script would be almost double in size if I had 
to support user channels (and even more, if I had to add support for ANY 
youtube video).
