swfArgs.fmt_map is undefined #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Watching videos such as 
http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=XKx11IU7RIg&playnext_from=TL&videos=Sx9t_VstCPQ&
feature=sub
2. Only certain videos
3.

What is the expected output?
Able to change settings and also have the plugin working.

What do you see instead?
The config window is hidden behind the video player and it is not working.

What is the debugString? To get the debugString, open up the Options panel,
and click the link from links that reads "debugString". Note that this step
is extremely important and contains a wealth of information for me to use
in fixing your issue.

If you can, provide any additional information below.

Closing as invalid... sorry. Does this still happen? I'll reopen if I can get a 
video that reproduces this error.
