Video not always centered after 1.2.0 update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enabling bog mode
2. Disabling fit to window

This problem started after I updated to 1.2.0 and is still present in 1.2.1
Before the update, the videos were nicely centered, but now they are sometimes 
aligned to the left side of the screen, usually (not always) with the black bar 
left.

It's not really that big a deal, but if possible, could you please fix it?
