YouTube Ultimate HD Stops Working Recently

I just updated FireFox to the latest version 3.6.10 and YouTube Ultimate HD has 
stopped working.

No idea why, I haven't made any sort of other changes to my system at all.

It's in the "Show Ultimate Options" button, under "Script links", and on the 
script wiki page. Maybe it's too small or something. But I don't want it to 
look obnoxious.
