I logged in with my id and password but still live channel not working... Pls help

jiotv not working on digital ocean droplets (vps) in banglore. key file to decrypt the video chunk is not able to downloading i am getting http 403 error while get key file content else i am getting chunk files as well as m3u8 playlist
