New route to initiate conversation #98

We need a route to be able to initiate the conversation with a user that responds with a conversation ID as agreed before in our meeting.

@footnote I believe this is the same as #100, is that correct?

no, it is not like 100, but you clarified that we already can initiate a conversation using POST /v1/conversations which we are doing already
