Breeze icons #4

After changing the theme I still get the default monochrome Breeze suspend/restart/shutdown icons (for reference, here's an image I've found online).

What should I do to have the same icons you have in your preview?

I can't seem to reproduce. What's your setup? (Plasma/Qt versions)

I'm having the same issue with plasma 5.16 and qt5-base 5.12.4-1. Is it possible for the buttons to be set to a particular theme such as Numix Circle? Also, the clock shows up in 24 hour format for me, but that's also an issue with the default theme. It's probably a misconfiguration on my end somewhere.
