InstallCommercePackages script fails #26

The InstallCommercePackages script often fails due to timeouts while installing the Commerce Connect Core and Engine packages. The SIF seems not to handle this well. There it's currently required to manually install the packages (at least the first package).

This issue is to track this manual step, and improve when a new XC9 update (e.g. 2) is available.

It installed without issues with 9.0.3
