The root certificate filename is hard-coded in CommerceEngine.Deploy.json and therefore not easy to change. Decided to use the sha-1 for 9.0 images: https://github.com/avivasolutionsnl/sitecore-docker/pull/117

Too difficult to solve now. Will be solved in 9.1.1.
