Hi I want to use a teensy to read an uvc camera Lepton.

Not sure to understand your work: is it possible to read an uvc camera like Lepton modulevia a T3.0 or T4.0 ? how to do that ? could you help me please ?

not possible. This code is very t2.0 specific, and does not interface to any sensor.
