Add Vietnamese language support #98

I want to add Vietnamese language support. I want to work on this issue. Would you please assign me to it?

Hi Susan, I'm working on updating the app and it's dependencies. There are some build errors right now which I'm sorting out. Once that's done, I'd love your help with Vietnamese localization. Thanks.
