Tiles not refreshing when zooming in

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll map with small zoom to not-cached area
2. Zoom in and move map
3. Some tiles aren't refreshed (the have previous zoom level or are grey)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected refreshed tiles, what i got is in attachement.
Waiting doesn't help, tried for 15 mins...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.0.8, Android 2.3.3 (HTC Desire & AVD)

Please provide any additional information below.
This worked fine to version 3.0.5 but blinked a little

We have made many bug fixes in this area, some of which cover issues exactly 
like this, so I am going to mark this as fixed. Please re-open if you are still 
having this issue.
