Update RXTX #4

Not sure if RXTX is still supported/maintained. Maybe updating to jSerialComm might be an idea?

Can't run RXTX, as the DLL's that come with it are 32bit, which create an exception when loading on 64bit Windows. Which means serial communications better be updated to jSerialComm.
