Add feature to auto reload thread lists #42

This feature will check every X seconds (I'd say a minute?) in the background whether the thread list has been updated (e.g. there are new threads), and notify the user in the form of a snackbar with an action button to refresh the list.

This feature will be iterated through time because of its complexity, starting as an experiment and graduating as an option when it is stable enough.
