QA Notes -

Qus - 8, Are there any scenarios where the patient is not under the medication and he/she does not know what medication was given. No, there are no such situations happen usually( but for some mild complaints, medicines are not being given in the beginning and they would be asked to take counseling services. Usually, the prescribed medicines are written in their notebook, HA will provide accordingly
