Club questions under each group form element in Question group wherever applicable.

Forms where the applicability needs to be checked and clubbing needs to happen:

  1. Senior Health Worker Weekly Reporting
  2. Senior Health Worker Monthly Reporting
  3. Monthly Cluster Reporting
  4. Village Health Worker Monthly Reporting.
  5. Animal health worker weekly reporting.
  6. Animal health worker monthly reporting.

Wherever Total is there, make sure rule for Total is correctly written and total happens for those question items.
