[x] SHG Supervisor
[x] Animal Health worker

Permissions:

[x] SHG Supervisor - Register, View, Edit SHG group and members
- View, Edit, Perform and Cancel SHG Monthly Data collection encounter
[x] Animal Health worker - Perform, view and Edit and Cancel Monthly Animal Health worker Reporting form
[x] Senior Health Worker (NCD user group - existing)
- Perform, view, edit and cancel Weekly and Monthly Senior health worker reporting encounter
