[Support JSSCP] Update rules for all organisations #300

We will have to update all the organisations, both UAT and prod orgs to replace the ruleServiceLibraryInterfaceForSharingModules with imports --

Have ran the scripts for UAT, will pair and run the script with the QA against prod.

In the script provided by the product team in the readme, they forgot to update the rules in the form_element. I wrote a script and executed against all the form_elements, and now the error should not happen. Moving this card back to QA ready, and requesting you to test the entire org once again.

Have updated the Readme as well to avoid these mistakes in the future.
