[JSSCP] Overdue follow-up visits Report

Goal Create Aggregate Overdue follow-up visits report and linked line list to show the count of patients for whom follow-ups are overdue but not completed yet.

Acceptance criteria Overdue follow-up visits report should show aggregate report as well as line list for the diseases given in requirement. Date filter should be applicable on Overdue date for that encounter. Applying filters should populate the data correctly.

Logic for query : Write cte followup encounter and get the mention column

As other report has caste in Linelist, I have added caste in Linelist.

when we cancel the overdue form in the cilent app the count still exist in the Report
