[JSSCP] Jasper report modification and new report creation

Context:

here we have to define the reports task into 3 parts:

1. New reports
2. changes in old reports
3. changes in old report along with ETL work as the report was not working properly.

Have created a master reports status database for JSSCP all reports and have put the status and priority (based on client's frequently used marking sheet : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LZ7bXHO6DoWmoDbV3ENMNWaA0FFVUG0Ku1EaS9CiW_g/edit#gid=648644390) in this sheet.

As discussed with Nupoor and Pradipta, I will delete all the current pending JSSCP ETL Migration cards and create a new ones basis priority of ETL Migration. Priority (P1 and P2) is decided basis the frequently used list shared by the client
