as we were having discussion with field team below changes were decided:
[ ] Implementations like Adolescent and SNCU have enrollment as a mandatory process and there are no general encounters scheduled - for beneficiaries who have exited the program, the visits still show in due and Overdue if not canceled - either there should be a way for user to not see that count on dashboard or we should have a way to inform the user that these beneficiaries are out of program but visits are not canceled - the challenge in SNCU is that since there are a lot of beneficiaries, canceling is not feasible each and every time.
[ ] Need to show a dashboard card or something for the user to see the count of children who have completed 5 years, since these children have to be exited from the program.
[ ] Provide custom dashboard filter for location.
[ ] 0 to 2 months age category visit scheduling needs to be reviewed and tested - it is creating issues on ground right now. One consistent challenge with the team is that there is a big number of backlog of visits due to inadequate team size which means users either do the visits quite late at times or cancel the visit after a period of more than couple of weeks - Users suggested if visits not done till a given period of time can be canceled by the system itself on sync - this is something they have been using in Techo app and has been helpful.
[ ] Due vaccination to be displayed in dashboard as done for Mobile creche for quick access to vaccination details.
[ ] Reason for death to be made multi-select.
[ ] Last 24 hours details in standard dashboard is causing confusion for field users for both SNCU as well as Adolescent teams - what they usually require is data based on the day - i.e. registration/enrolments/visits done yesterday and not for 24 hours, 24 hours is considering the total 24 hours starting from the time at this moment right now
