Hello Dinesh, We have created the first Mobile no. question in avni as mobile no. data type but then Arjun suggested we change it to text data type and add regex for the verifying 10-digit mobile no or 0 only. I have added the changes on the sheet also.

Hii Dinesh, The first Address is for the Community name and the second is for the household address. I have changed the Second address question to "Address of the house ?". I also updated this in our Drive sheet.
