[x] We have added a rule in the ANC form visit scheduling logic that if a pregnant women is severe anemic in a particular ANC (if HB value is less than 7), QRT needs to be scheduled immediately irrespective of the answer in the question "Did the ANM recommend for a medical facility intervention? (for any reason)" Ref card
For Poshan Sathi, QRT PW visit shows as scheduled but since this rule is not added in the Decision rule "To be monitored by QRT" it shows as "No, because of which visit for QRT is not getting scheduled
