[JNPCT] [New changes in definition of Nutirional Status and z-score calculation for height till 120cm] #370

We display "Nutritional Status of Child" on below conditions (Used in visit scheduling for children more than 6 months of age) SAM-- If MUAC less than 11.5 or there is oedema on both the feet or weight for height less than -3SD. MAM--If MUAC is between 11.6 and 12.5 or z-score for weight and height is less than 2 but more than or equal to 3 SD

Add calculations till 120 cm of height for Current nutritional status according to weight and height (avni-client -- anthropometry/wflh_boys and anthropometry/wflh_girls)
