Dashboard performance is very slow JSSCP

[ ] Dashboard report cards take a little longer, even though the numbers are 0.

"No of pregnant women took 10101 ms (result: 232) No of deliveries took 1175 ms (result: 0) No of births took 1080 ms (result: 0) No of children for post natal visits took 510 ms (result: 0) No of mothers for post partum visits took 311 ms (result: 0) No of child deaths (all) took 504 ms (result: 0) ANC visits due took 1130 ms (result: 0) PNC visits due took 2616 ms (result: 0) Lab visits due took 1036 ms (result: 0) Number of cancelled visits took 1256 ms (result: 0) Number of completed visits took 1163 ms (result: 0) No of maternal deaths took 864 ms (result: 4)"

[ ] I tested on previous releases 3.38 it was working fine there slowness is there but showing the values for all
