Ready made "Master catchment" #1319

Motivation

Right now, the team needs to create a catchment called "Master catchment" and they add all the necessary locations. This can be handled by the product itself.

As per @Gojo-Taqi this requirement was not needed so often - but it is a nice to have product feature.
