REPORT CHECKLIST(Please dont close this card it is only for references purpose ) #198

Checklist for report Dev:

  1. Need to check for the exit, void, null, approval, and cancel a check
  2. Need to check the aggregate and line list values are the same
  3. Need to check the aggregate and line list values are the same after applying the filter.
  4. Need to check the filters are applied properly.
  5. The filter that is applied in the aggregate filter should be reflected in the line list also
  6. if we have the dashboard then the applied filter should be reflected in all the charts.
  7. if we have hyperlinks (image, video, and any other), they should be given as “links” instead of text or full URLs.
  8. The column language should be aligned properly.
  9. For the graph the x and y axis should be named.
  10. While adding the date-range filter make sure it's on a correct date (en_date,earliesst_date,reg_date,enl_date)
  11. If we are implementing the row level security then ensure that “$P!{LoggedInUserAttribute_LocationFilter}” Is added in the query for Jasper only
  12. Need to have the line list for each indicator in the aggregate.

Data Entry :

  1. If we have the DAE requirement it should be linked properly (to the Avin web console)

Access and role check:

  1. According to the access and role the user should be able to view the report. (they should not see the other report)
