QA Notes -

• [x] In Registration Details and Common Registration Details, one individual is coming more than once.

• [x] In Common Registration Details, Addresses (Work/Present/Permanent), these addresses are coming twice. for eg: Work address Line 1 and Work address 1_2.Done

• [x] In Common Registration Details, Respondent Type question is not there in the report. Done

• [x] Informal Waste Worker, there is no data in this report. There is a case of Informal waste worker but not showing n the report. for eg: 'AAA BBB'. Without individual Id or name its difficult to look for a particular entry

• [x] Informal Waste Worker report does not make sense as there is no individual id to track back. Add individual id or UUID so that user can get other information from registration report. Not done
