[x] In household registration form, religion is mandatory but the very next question is "specify other religion" which is also mandatory. Kindly make "specify other religion" optional.
"specify other religion" should only come when "Other" is selected.
[x] In HBNC form, height is mandatory under anthropometry section, please make this field option.
