Update error msg by creating new Error Record log when error exception message changes

During goonj integration sync, we observed that :

• Activity errored with a certain exception msg the first time around
• this info was clearly shown in the int-admin-app error-record-log screen
• Later on retrying the errored Activity, the sync errored with a new exception msg
• this was not updated in the ErrorRecordLog, as the ErrorType was same as first failure
• int-admin-app error-record-llog screen also did not show latest error msg info

Acceptance criteria

• int-admin-app error-record-log screen should show latest error-msg info always
• Additionally, make MappingMetaData list not sortable by coded concept
