Forms -

• ANC (High Risk) - DONE but crashing on form save
• Newborn - LBW
• Child Followup (2-6 months) - Underweight
• Child Followup (7 months to 5 years) - SAM
• Child Followup (7 months to 5 years) - MAM

QA Notes -

• ~The app is crashing on all the cancel form.~ - DONE
• If I cancel the cluster in charge form for Child PNC, it does not schedule a new form. For eg - Kunal Singh. @garimadosar5 Because according to requirements, there are only two Child PNC cluster incharge visits that needs to be scheduled. Which visit are u expecting after cancelling cluster incharge's second visit??
• In pregnancy, If I cancel one Cluster in charge ANC form, It does not schedule next even if I fill a ANC form with high risk conditions. For which individual is it happening??
