Pregnancy In delivery form – question- delivered by? There are only 4 option ie. NSBA,SBA,DOCTOR,NURSE. Add one more option "Other"

Child In child form>> Add questions in Section check for Fever >> marked in Yellow color in the requirement sheet. Also update skip logic accordingly

In Child PNC and Child PNC cluster Incharge>> Update logic for "Is referred" section.

Visit Scheduling For Child age of 7-24 months in Normal Grade >> visit should be scheduled in every three months(days as per given in the requirement sheet)
