Make version number (0.4.5) visible on command line tool #30

Running inspekt --version returns version 0.4.0. Looks like the last version bump missed that.

@clebergnu One of the next things I'm going to work for inspektor is to use setuptools_scm to generate the version numbers, so this is a temporary solution.

@lmr thanks for the quick merge. And sure, I can imagine you wouldn't want to live with manually updating version in multiple places! Cheers!
