Patch for /trunk/impacket/examples/serviceinstall.py #53

Under certain circumstances on Windows Server 2012 does not resolve 
\\hostname\admin$ therefore, it is safer to use %systemroot% to launch the 
Service, rather than the hostname.

Otherwise PsExec hangs at 'Starting service XxXx...'. Running latest impacket, 
Python 2.7 on OS X and accessing Server 2012 R2 Datacenter.

Have also checked the edit on WinXP and Server 2008 R2.
