Deck List #4

The deck list right now is too long as a bare text listing. There should be an HTML list element with a scroll bar or something. Could even be multi-select to allow cards to be enabled / disabled as active from the deck? -- Also, if URI images are in the deck file, the whole URI is printed now.. this needs to be delt with somehow. Perhaps the decklist file format changes to have an image and a name. Then one could just always add the name to the decklist.

I changed the deck format to support names for the cards so the long URI embedded images no longer spam the screen with base64 crap... also the list box is nice... so I removed the images (most of them) with rights issues, as the user can now put them in their own personal deck.
