.elf suffix isn't the default #13

I'm not sure if we want to

  1. Change the docs (and blink) to remove the suffix
  2. Change the book to show how to specify it
  3. Change the upstream target to specify it

My cargo build --releases for blink and delay do get .elf files in the target/ directory.
