Reading time for selected text

Similar to the Better Word Count plugin, an option so that when text is selected, replace the reading time in the status bar with the value based on the selected text. The mentioned plugin does not provide an option, it's simply how it works, however an toggle for this could be desirable. The selection could be of any text, body text, an embed, front matter, and a value should be shown for its reading time.

I would really like to have this as well. I write speeches and use this type of feature in another markdown app to see what parts of the speech are taking too long.
