Summary

Edits the HTML and CSS to add better support for mobile users

Adds a toggle for showing the Effect Tree
Modified the CSS of a variety of effect nodes to break down better on smaller screen sizes

Adds additional presets to the automation editor

Prone Effect
Save to Remove Condition
Monster Ability Recharge
Damage Over Time Effect
Grapple Contest
Basic Aura
