Innate sorcery adding 1 to DC for non sorcerer things like bard spells, dragonborn breath weapons etc. It should only affect sorcerer spells - nothing else. Realistically given the limitations it should affect nothing and let an alias/snippet make the modifications as appropriate

The basic Patient Defense is spending a focus to Dodge when it shouldn't. And There isn't a (Dodge and Disengage) action equivalent for Patient Defense like there is for Step of the Wind (Dash and Disengage).

Soul Knife Rogues get 4 actions imported for the Psychic Blades feature; 2 Dex-based and 2 Str-based. Two of them are also Bonus actions listed as Actions. Since Psychic Blades are Finesse weapons, only the higher of Strength or Dexterity needs to be loaded in. In the Resistance spell, the ieffect's "Use Resistance" button removes the ieffect after rolling. Per the spell, "A creature can benefit from this spell only once per turn". The ieffect should not be removed so that the creature can continue to benefit (once each) on subsequent turns.
Additionally, it would help if this button healed the creature for the amount rolled, since it will typically revert damage that was already applied.

Thunderous Smite, Wrathful Smite, Staggering Smite, and Blindful Smite do not scale with higher level spell slots when upcast. E.g. when casting Thunderous Smite at 9th level it will roll the same number of damage dice as it would if cast at 2st level.
In addition, when casting Shining Smite rather than dealing the damage and applying an effect on the targetted creature it rolls a Spell Attack of it's own. As well, similar to the other spells when cast at higher levels it's damage does not increase.
