There should be a standard format for exporting and importing quizbowl
data. When such a format is defined, QBSQL should support it.

r105 brings API keys, currently used for nothing. They will later be used to 
allow something like https://github.com/mhahnenberg/NAQT-Scoresheet-for-Android 
to push games into the database.
