UI option: team summaries all on one page #38

There are some positive things to learn from SQBS result pages-- in some
cases it would be nice to have all team summaries on one page. See

for a nicely formatted example of the SQBS output. If this were an option
in QBSQL, it would be possible to create static output with only four
pages, a la SQBS (cf. issue 1).

The same could be done with individual summaries.
