avramirez: all settings are correct but am getting the error

Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

Wow this project is two years ago. I didnt even think someone will try it.

system/core is code igniter code.

Are you sure your DB Settings is correct? Post it here

EDIT: Note.. This is 2 years ago, I suggest get the latest CI core.
