What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Failed to add a hotspot int the cordinate that I want. 
2.Hotspot is always located in the same position.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You can set the hotspot position using the properties atv and ath of PLHotspot 
class, or using JSON protocol with the properties atv and ath.

Atv and Ath are spherical coordinates, atv is a float value from -90 to 90 and 
ath is a float value from -180 to 180.
